Thank you for visiting the Calvert Garden Club web site.  Please explore our site to see the many ways we contribute to the Calvert County community.

Our Club strives to expand horticulture knowledge; encourage conservation; protect natural resources; and improve skills in floral and landscape design.  We enjoy programs with noted speakers, trips to horticultural and historic sites, and working together on service projects.

PHOTOS:  ArtBlooms at Annmarie Garden, July 23 - 25  - Calvert Garden Club and Annmarie Garden sponsored an ArtBlooms event from July 23 - 25 with 18 floral designers from many locations in Maryland.  The creative floral arrangements were spectacular as they interpreted the art works included in Annmarie Garden's latest exhibit:  Green - art with the earth in mind.  The exhibit at the Garden featured works as varied as traditional paintings to modern sculpture to very creative constructions and mixed media.  The wide variety of art works provided a challenging environment for the floral designers to expand their creative horizons and utilize natural materials to expand on the exhibit themes of ecology and conservation.
